As one of few companies in Ontario offer this service, we happen to be one of them and do it quite well. One of our extra services, we offer the permit process. This allows for us to become your authorized agent and take over the permit process so you don't need to lift a finger. 95% of our clients (as of now) have chosen for us to take over the permit process as it makes the process less of a headache for you if anything comes up. Keep in mind also, having done dozens of these over the years, we save you lots of time with errors in the paperwork, one error can push you're project back weeks (depending on how busy the town is). This is why we offer this, the paperwork is correct going out the door and there are minimal delays when the initial review of the drawings happen.
